What can I expect from these classes?

You can sign up for 1, 2, 3 or ALL parts of the series of classes. Each class includes class materials and an online video course to use at your own pace.

Then, at the discussion group, the floor will be opened to a question and answer format to address any topics that may have sparked your interest for half an hour. Please be aware that Dr. Zia will NOT review the material, but rather, expand on it based on your questions and how the material may pertain to YOUR lifestyle. The last half hour will be dedicated to a hands on demonstration.

Want to bring a friend to the live sessions? If your friend has not bought the course, they can come to a live session for $20. Can’t make it to the live sessions? These sessions will also be live-streamed on zoom and recorded. You will then be given access to a link for the recorded session as well.

This classes will offer you simple, attainable lifestyle and dietary adjustments to increase your energy, mobility and healing potential! Dr. Zia teaches each class independently and this class includes an online video course to use at your leisure.
