New Patient appointment 60 minutes $343.70
- New patient appointments are generally from 60 minutes long, usually entail reviewing past medical history, labs or imaging and pertinent physical exam.
Established patient appointments (20-60 minutes)$89.90-$269.90
- Established patient appointments are usually 30-40 minutes long, for follow up or acute issues, as well as for Vis Counseling sessions
Well Exams/ annual physicals $206-$260
- Well-checks or annual exams for adults or children. These visits are NON-PROBLEM focused. For ages 6 months and up. **Male sensitive exams are NOT performed.
Sports Physical $53.00
- For junior or senior high school students ONLY. This exam is not billable to insurance.
Constitutional Hydrotherapy (60 minutes)$80.00
- Hot and Cold application accompanied by sine wave stimulation to digestive organs. Useful to open elimination pathway, stimulate digestion and circulation.

- First visit, includes evaluation and medical history review.

Sliding Fee Schedules

Natural Elements Medicine is able to extend a sliding fee schedule for individuals/ families without insurance, high deductibles and for those whose insurance does not cover naturopathic services.

Please see the table to the right. If your family’s income falls below the monthly income guide, you would be eligible for a sliding fee schedule.

Determinations are based on household annual gross income.

Discounts are for office visits only; they do not apply to supplements/materials, phone/portal communication (see our regular clinic policies for details), administrative fees, or other charges.

All patients with a current sliding scale agreement are required to have an active credit card on file.

Clinic Policies

Cancellation Policy

Dr. Zia kindly requests a 24 hour notice for cancellation of your appointment. A cancellation fee of $62 is charged for missed appointments. Exceptions can be made for emergencies at the provider’s discretion.

Financial Policy

Payment is expected at the time of the service and can be made by personal check, cash or credit card.

Monthly or weekly payments may also be arranged.
